Win8.1 changes

Windows suddenly is asking me for a password again, after having already set it to bypass the password screen.   I attempt netplwiz get to User Accounts, I'm shown to be an admin, but it's not letting me make any selections in the Username/Group list and "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" is unchecked.  

Don't know what's brought this on all of a sudden, I've been logging in passwordless for 2 months now.  But I did recently do Windows updates so perhaps it changed something?  Dunno.  But it's strange in any case.

Any suggestions?

Is it even possible that this is on page 3 and hasn't received a single view?  Holy crap. 

EDIT: Nevermind, now it's showing 62 views.  Frikkin weird.
