I need some help!

So I'm about to upgrade my rig to play one of the hardest to run MP games out there, ArmA 3.  I know it's because it's not yet optimised but when I play online everyone else seems to get 60+ fps and I'm stuck with 16 which, as you gamers know, puts you at a massive disadvantage.  So here it is.  Arma 3 is a very CPU-intensive game, I currently have an i5-2320 and I want to get the i7 4770k.  The only trouble is, my motherboard just won't support that so I was thinking of buying MSI-GD65 and of course I run into another problem.  My case isn't big enough.  So the help I require is to do with the motherboard and case.  There are just so many to choose from, I wanted to buy the NZXT Phantom 820 as it has lots of room for everything but I'm just not sure.  And the motherboard, I just want to know if it's the best I could get for this sort of rig for around the same price (£120).  For those of you who are wondering I have Corsair CX750 PSU and a 4GB GTX 680 GFX card.

 

PS - I do some recording and video editing that's why I opted for an i7 over an i5.

 

Any help would be very much appreciated as I don't want to spend £600 only to regret it.

Yes, a mobo that works with the i7-4770k and isn't too expensive,  I think the MSI-GD65 is my best bet.  And a nice big - good looking case (my budget on this is £200, but of course cheaper is always better)
