BF4 Freezing?

Hey guys, so i got battlefield 4 a few days ago and for some reason after like 10 minutes of playing my whole computer freezes and i have to hold down the pwr button and manually restart.

Does anyone know what could help and/or is this happening to anyone else??\

I have a friend who was having really bad crashing issues a few weeks ago, he reverted his drivers completely with driver sweeper, he said it fixed it. '

 

Plus the AMD R9 2xxX cards are very unstable

mine doesnt freeze but i have been noticing EXTREMELY bad frame rate drop. i will go from 80 FPS to less than 20. its really annoying
