Hi! I have got my small ITX gaming rig going for a few months now and just a week ago I started to get system crashes out of nowhere. After a few tests i found out that my PCH temp was really hot and I guess that is the same as the northbridge? Getting over 80c, sometimes up to 100c, monitoring with HWmonitor. Could this be the problem causing the crashes?? Anyone having similar issues?

The overheating is probably because of the small case i guess but i really don't know any way to get better airflow in my Node 304? I've got all fans installed running at hing RPM. The GPU and CPU temps are fine, never over 60c.

Help?
