Looks good, RAM seems a little excessive as does the HDD size, but that's not going to affect your performance. The 3770k doesn't give any more gaming performance over the 3570K; if they have a similar system with the 3570K, i would go for that unless you require the extra horsepower.

Can i ask if there is a reason for buying a PCIe wireless adapter? You can buy USB wireless adapters for much less. What's your budget and what are the uses of the PC?

The 3570K would be able to do all those things well, the 3770K would do them a little better, but, in my opinion, not for the price difference.

The wireless adapter won't give you any greater performance over a USB dongle adapter. Even then, that would be inferior to straight ethernet, but i assume you can't run a cable due to distance from router etc?

You could go down to that system. All that changes is you drop to a 3570K, a CM 690II and a GTX670. For uploading to YouTube - you most definately want to be using a cable rather than WiFi - otherwise you'll be there all night uploading. However I do realise that cable may not be an option, but if it is - go cable. As Toby mentioned, the 3770K is worth it if you're going to be captruing and uploading every day of the week as the added performance will just make your life that bit easier.

I just noticed then that in both those systems, there is no aftermarket cooler. It'll be using the standard cooler provided by Intel but you'll be unable to overclock it with that cooler if you were looking into that - just a thought.

Drop down to a 7950 or 670 to save some money. The motherboard is a little overkill, pretty much any 1155 board by a reputable company can overclock just as well as the next, Gigabyte, Asus, Asrock, MSI.
He can't really go swapping parts around because it's a pre built system unfortunately

But he can pick out the same parts and build one.

He said in the OP that he doesn't want to build one as it will cost him more in the long run.

A USB dongle is a better choice over a PCI wireless card as it offers better value for money, is easier to manage, and usually has better performance. However, you may consider investing in powerline. It may be a little on the expensive side, but you'll get much better speeds than wireless. Good Luck!

But it won't if he researched and takes some advice.

But then again, even though building is relatively simple - so is riding a bike and not everyone can do that. He may just prefer to have someone else build it and have the peace of mind of a warranty from the builder where he can take his problems if they arise.
