I don't know why it would do that, but I always unplug all other drives when installing an operating system because sometimes it stores files on it that are needed. So maybe try this.

 

*edit The boot priority changes what order the system tries to boot from storage. So set the boot priority to the thing you're installing windows off of, flash drive, dvd etc.

So i should ser it to flash drive ssd then hdd? What should i do next?

Sure, as long as flash drive is first. When you're done installing make ssd the first boot option again.

 

1. Unplug all storage except ssd and if you're using an optical drive, that too.

2. Set the boot priority to whatever you're installing windows off of.

3. Press any key to boot from disk.

4. Then when you're setting up drives in windows, delete all partitions on drive and format and create new volume for windows. (this will delete all your current data on the drive)
