KB2975719 Windows 8.1 Update

Hey guys.

 

Just wondering if anybody has been having issues with KB2975719 update. It's an important update but I've been getting "Failed to install, undoing changes.." for about 7 installs. I'm not sure whats up, tried every fix I've read online all to no avail.

 

Is this a microsoft screwup or is the update fine for you guys too? Getting error 800F0922

I work at a PC shop, it happens ALL THE TIME..

If you manage to boot up again, go to cmd and see if there's any corrupt update packages (for example KB2975719)

If not, reinstall is your only fix.

 

How do I check in cmd if theres any corrupt update packages?

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

^in that order

 

 

 

I did that earlier, everything seems fine. Windows is running fine, just that one update that won;t install.
