Laptop does not turn on?

Okay so I was using my laptop and suddenly the keyboard stopped working(mouse worked just fine). So I selected restart(there was a windows update, so that was done) and it got stuck at the restart thing spinning. I left it for half an hour and it was still stuck, so I shut it down manually using the power button. The it was not booting not even in the bios. It was just lighing up and shutting down after 4-5 seconds. Then I unplugged it and removed the battery. Then it booted up normally, but neither the mouse(or touchpad) nor the keyboard were working and shortly after (like 20 seconds) I got a blue screen with the error "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION". After that it does the same thing described before when it wouldn't even start up the bios. Any suggestions? Specs of the laptop:

i7 2720qm

gtx 460m

500gb HDD

Windows 8.1 Pro

8gb 1333mhz ram

1080p screen(probably not useful in troubleshooting, but oh well...)

Try removing the HDD, turning it on, go into BIOS and reset the settings to defaults. Try to enter windows then. Or reinstall windows... dunno what else to try...

Update your GPU drivers if you manage to boot it to solve it.

Now I'm kinda pissed... Fuck that I'm installing ubuntu on that shit and I'm just gonna stream games from my desktop. -.-
