The old problems with sata 3 6gb/s ports have a new version it seems with intels latest chipset for haswell, some USB3 thumb drives are not seen and while it seems it will be corrected it doesn't give great faith in intels chipsets.
Why does intel have such a hard time with connectivity and have to rely on other companys to fix these issues, using tim instead of solder put me off ivybridge, if i was going to get an intel chip now id probably have to get a 2600k or save up for a 980x if i could find 1.

Intels chipsets has like twice the functions of AMD's, seems kinda bogus to bitch about one little bug.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

It may be a little bug, but it is a bug that should have been sorted out before release.

I'd rather get up to 16 Sata3 ports because Intel are pushing their limits along with an insignificant little USB bug that only happens after sleep mode, than get a chipset that doesn't even support PCIe 3 yet because your engineers are all busy huffing paint.

True, but then it would have been delayed and people would be complaining about intel needing to sort their priorities and other stuff.

The bug bothers me a little, but I'm still going to get a 4670K on Sunday. I have never once used sleep mode as long as I've been using computers. Just turn the damn thing off, people.

And besides, if you do any overclocking you should not have sleep mode enabled. Same thing is true if you are running an ssd as a boot drive. Sleep mode was always buggy, and just sucked up precious space on the drives.
