Since I need all the VRAM I can get right now i downloaded a mod called "optimized vanilla textures" and it saved me a bunch of VRAM as well as gave me an FPS boost but its priority in my list is to low and its overwriting all of my texture mods in Mod Organizer and i want to change the priority so it comes before my other mods and the other mods can mod the textures after the optimized ones.

How do i change the mod priority in mod Organizer (I'm not talking about load order).

TBH, you're limited too much by you card mate. Save up some cash and try and get a new one, all this fart-arseing about trying to get every mod that you like the look of to work and trying to maintain a reasonable framerate.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

Currently im playing Skyrim at 1080P with 4x aa and on ultra settings with tons of graphics mods and it runs nearly 60fps always.

gopher has some pretty good videos on how to use the mod organizer. honestly I don't recommended mod organizer unless you know what you're doing because it can conflict with your Bashed Patch assuming you use it.

I love MO but I just cant figure out how to make later installed mods go before earlier ones.

Mainly down to your CPU. But more textures = more ram usage, and more vram too. You need a card with at least 2GB vram. 3GB+ if you wanna use 4k shadows on top of mods.

I have a superior GPU to you, and a worse CPU. And i'm running ~100+ mods, including 4k shadows, and 4k textures with an ENB. And i run around ~45fps. My cpu is the limiting factor for my rig, for you it's your gpu.

Load order? Texture packs? Enb setting? root folder mods? That's a vague statement to make in Skyrim these days.

Fun Skyrim fact of the day, Shadows tend to be more CPU heavy than GPU heavy for most people.

I only use 2K shadows but everything else is pretty much maxed out.

Yea my FPS does dip to around 30-45 once in a while but I've gotten it pretty stable nearly 60 all the time also my CPU is running at 4.5Ghz so its not holding skyrim back. I'm thinking of going for a GTX 770 or 970 when it comes out.

Still, you could have just about any setup.  What do you mean by "tons of graphics mods?"  Is your problem just with the mod organizer? or are you also having problems with vram usage and fps?

I'm only having problems with MO. I have a BSA that changes many ingame textures but its overwriting mods too and ausing them not to work and i cant change its order/priority for whatever reason even with I set "manage archives by MO" to off it still wont let me change anything.

Are the BSA files part of a .esp or .esm? Can you get non BSA files? There are common problems with BSA files but they are mixed results for which are the best for which situations. I would recommended you get Loose files if you insists on using Mod organizer , or use NMM to install some of those mods, You can try to uninstall and re-install MO, if that doesn't work, Try posing here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/searchresults/? The community has been less helpful lately, everybody is getting tired of answering the same questions, so before you do make sure you search for you answer there, look through the read me and sticky note, and if you don't find your answer someone there should be able to help you. :)

The mod I'm having problems with is a BSA only and its compressed to save on memory and loading times so making them loose files would not help.
