Destiny on 360?

I'm thinking of taking advantage of the upgrade policy and get the 360 now and transfer my character over to the xbone when I'm ready to buy one. Does it run well enough on the 360, or does it suffer too much on old tech?

Believe me, I'd much rather wait and get it on the PC, but all my friends are sticking with the Xbox version

I'd just wait till it comes on pc unless you REALLY want to play the game, but imho no game is valuable enough that I would spend $400 or whatever on another device just to play it

It runs well enough for being last gen, but it looks terrible. I'd wait till it comes out on PC, unless you were gonna buy a new Xbox One anyways.

OP can you not rent the game anywhere?  I might rent this at Family Video to give it a try if I can scrape up enough cash.

It's aight. I'm waiting for PC edition.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

I just looked it up and there is not cross generation play for Destiny, so you and your friends would need to jump from the 360 version to XB1 version at the same time.

Yeah, I understand there's no cross platform play, but if you start a character on an old console, it will transfer over to the new console when you upgrade

You mean slave language us Nobles only speak proper techlish

Then don't go to this sub forum. Easy solution...

On it runs well enough as is but I would just say get a one sooner rather than later to play destiny with a much better experience

it plays identically to current gen, just at sub HD resolution. Basically if Halo 3 is playable, this is.
