Powerline/Homeplug issues...again

Hey everyone. Hows everyone doing?

I have been using a Tp-link 500Mbps homeplug and it has been working really well.

I got home from work today and it is no longer working. The lights are still flashing on the plug connected to the router but on the one i have in my room only has 2 of it's lights on the top one to tell you it is on and the bottom one which i think is to show that it is sending or it is receiving data not to sure what one though.

Anyone know how to fix this? I'm just confused at the fact that it WAS working last night. I have not had any problems with this at all until today

Edit: Here is the homeplug/powerline I am using http://www.tp-link.com/lk/products/details/?categoryid=1658&model=TL-PA4010KIT

Try disconnecting it from the "network" (There's a certain button press combo) and rejoin it

Specs: CPU: AMD FX 6300 Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A DS3P RAM: HyperX Fury 16GB 1866MHz GPU: MSI R9 270 OC edition Case: Sharkoon VS3-S SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB HDD: 1TB Caviar Blue PSU: Corsair CX500W

I don't have a name or password for the device. I never had to set one up it was just plug it in and that was it sorted

Is the powerline plugged into a power strip/surge protector? if so, move it to an outlet with nothing else connected to it.

A full list of problems that can happen with (almost any) powerline can be found here: https://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26821/~/causes-for-alert-commander-powerline-strength-test-warnings

Its been in a power strip for awhile. Thats the problem i can't connect it to the outlet without causing disruptions on the family computer.
