I'm adding an SSD to my rig soon. That's no hassle, I watched the video. aha.

But when I come to re-install windows onto it, and have to enter my activation key, will it work?

I was under the understanding that you can only use it once, therefore if I try to enter it again, it will won't work because it's already been activated on my mechanical HD, which will remain in my rig.

EDIT: While I think about it, I have another problem.

I have an old laptop with W7 on it too, which I have long since lost the activation key for. Using a friends USB DVD drive and a downloaded ISO, I installed 32bit Win7 back on it, but it's asking for the activation key which I don't have. The key that I got from the "Keyfinder Program" before I attempted a reinstall was a generic one, or something: 6rbbt-f8vpq-qcpvq-khrb8-rmv82. I didn't know that before. So now i'm stuck with a laptop that works perfectly well, just without a "Genuine Microsoft Product" operating system.

Will work fine.

I think It should recognize your MAC address as a machine that you had window installed on before so it won't count towards a second or third installation according to when a disk says (for 3 computers). I'm not 100% sure on that.
