Hey guys! So I'm not gonna get a desktop PC anytime soon so I think I'll save up to get a laptop to replace this school issued chromebook.

So I guess this is the part where I tell you what i'm looking for.

  • Around $500-600. I'm kinda flexible about the price. But I'm not made of money.
  • Windows 8.1. I wanna give it a try but having windows 8 brings me to the next decimal point!
  • Touchscreen! If possible. Not necessary
  • Dedicated GPU I want to play games on this @ 1080p. I have a monitor that I could plug in so internal resolution isn't too important but I'd like consistency. However, I'm not gonna play super demanding games. Most likely I'm gonna be playing GMOD, MC, CS:GO, MAYBE BF3.
  • HDMI as that's the only good input my monitor will take.
  • 8gig RAM. I'd think this is a giving if were talking about gaming :P
  • IPS if possible. If I'm gaming on a external monitor why not have a good internal display to edit or web browse?

I had a look at this laptop but I'm just wondering how good/bad the 840m is.

The year is 20XX. Everyone plays Fox at TAS levels of perfection. Because of this, the winner of a match depends solely on port priority. The RPS metagame has evolved to ridiculous levels due to it being the only remaining factor to decide matches.

Only Abate, Axe, and Wobbles can save us.
