fixed cpu vrm switching frequency

with good VRM cooling and airflow, its probably not dangerous. I have no idea what your experience level is, but unless you are doing extreme overlocking, 350-400khz should suffice for extra stability. of course, my experience ends with z77 chipset.

 

Someone like JJ from Asus would probably know better than anyone else. He lurks around these forums at times, but he has 101 difference ways he can be reached, maybe even telepathy.
