Nvidia Shield Tablet Problems

So i've read that the shield tablets are cracking in the corners and have bad wifi issues. Anyone know if that is just going on to a group of shield tablets? or all of them so far? Also, has Nvidia ever made a fix for any of the problems yet? Thanks!!!!
