Need a program like GoToMeeting/Citrix

Hello everyone!

 

My job is searching for a different problem for hosting our online seminars.  If anyone is familiar with GoToMeeting/Citrix, we are looking for something like that.  I thought of Twitch but we really need something that we can monitor the students so that we can see if they are "attentive."  Also something that shows each individual's name that has logged into the seminar.  The program was be able to share the speaker's screen for slide show and voice.  One last requirement would be something that can record the seminar as well.  Citrix currently supports all of these but we have had quite a few issues with the recording feature and the quality not being very good.  Any ideas or other programs would be greatly appreicated from everyone.  Thanks!!!

Why not use Citrix and record using a different software?

I've thought of something like that.  We'd like to make this as easy as possible.  We have a lot of speakers out there and all vary on their knowledge of technology :/  If you know what I mean.

Something like an all-in-one program like Citrix would be ideal for us.  Just didn't know if there was anything else out there like that.
