Depends on what you mean, for gaming? No. There is always going to be a bottleneck somewhere, one of your components must be the slowest. The term bottleneck is so dirty and overused though, it has such a negative connotation now. EVERY computer has a bottleneck somewhere. Regardless of this for gaming, no, you're fine. Don't worry.

A lot of the time, usual bottleneck is the hard drive but now you can get a SSD to get rid of that bottleneck :)
