Hey Guys

I have a WD external HDD that I am getting the error 0x80070570 when I try to rename or move certain files on it. Have any of you dealt with this before and is it something you can help me solve then pls leave a comment. I have tried some google searches and found some tips for repairtools, but I am a bit uneasy installing programs that I have never heard off.

with greetings from Denmark :)

Have you tried this?

Computer > select the drive > right click & Properties > Tools Tab > Error Checking > Check Now > Check "Automatically Fix File System Errors" > Start.

If that doesn't work you can always format it and see if that solves the issue.
