Media + School Transformer Tablet / Notebook

I am looking into a tablet for university, main purposes of this Tablet / Notebook will be media consumption and sitting in at the class, I don't think I will be taking any notes though, since I am studying IT and all of the stuff that is presented is available online, though taking some notes into the pdf or ppt might be a nice option, probably useless though.

 

Currently what I found are:

Feel free to suggest stuff I may have not found and is worth taking a look at.

I will also have my Battlestation in my dorm, so the Tablet doesn't have to handle anything difficult, Since I will have my PC for that. Mainly media consumption.
