Glacer 240L

First time using an AiO liquid cooler. I'm using the Glacer 240L and I've plugged the pump into the CPU fan mobo header and the rad fans into the CPU optional header.

The pump has a max RPM of 3,500. I keep getting errors from Cam saying that the pump has disconnected. It doesn't seem to effect my temps when it is "disconnected".

I used the speed test on AI Suite II to see what RPMs the pump is running at.

That seems a bit odd.

 

Also I wonder if the CPU fan and the CPU fan (optional) are controlled as identical inputs. I'm using the Crosshair V Formula-Z.

This looks like a bad pump or aome sort of failure in the rpm readout. I would recommend sending back this unit and getting a new one since you cant know what other failures are in this cooler if this error made it through quality control.
