A follow on from this topic: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/208226-laptop-for-sister/?p=2824944 The reason I am making a new topic is because I intend to go to the store tomorrow and possibly buy it and know I will get a quicker response in a new topic.

Need to find a laptop <£500 or very close that is capable of playing The Sims 4 well. (As well as other usual laptop stuff). PC World are doing £100 cashback on this laptop: http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/laptops-netbooks/laptops/laptops/acer-aspire-v3-572pg-15-6-touchscreen-laptop-silver-10011100-pdt.html making it cost £500. Would that one be up for the job and is it good value for money? It is on Amazon as well for a slightly lower price but it says 2 - 4 weeks to dispatch.

Another two I have my eye on are these below, are they better choices?

Feel a bit silly asking these questions as I do computers all day long, but I've never had to deal with laptops!

The Acer is superior to all of them. It has dedicated graphics so it will run better in games.
