not booting on hdd clone

I have an old asus prebuilt system that's about 4-5 years old that I want to turn into the nas and have a smaller drive with a the os on it.

 

I cloned my seagate 1tb drive to my 250 gig hitachi hdd  with g part but now I get this error(see tweet)
