Hello everyone, I got my pc up and running and what not. But today am asking about framerates you see I downloaded fraps, and used it to see what type of fps am getting to my amazement it's pretty high. The game is bioshock infinite, and without V-sync on i can get up to 220 fps.  But here lies the problem when am playing sometimes the framerates will dip up and down, up and down.  For example when am fighting the framerate will dip to 50- 30 fps then go right back up.   Am using a AMD FX-6300 3.5 ghz and Radeon R9 270 Gigabyte OC Edition 2gb GDDR5 ram. So in overall am asking is this a normal thing to happen ? Or do i need to make some changes..... ?

Do you have the alternate post processing setting on? That setting can be a pain.
