Well, V-core should be changed accordingly but I don't know about "input voltage".

Specs are on my profile page

when overclocking

should I keep this on Default? or should I move it up a little, say i'm at 1.2 volts should it stay on default?

Vin is the voltage supplied to your CPU because vcore and ring voltages are now regulated by the cpu, not the motherboard for Haswell and Devil's Canyon.

Vcore, which is the voltage applied the cpu cores, is what you want to change for overclocking.

Leaving Vin as default is fine for overclocking, you shouldn't have to change it.
