Looks good.

You might wanna get a cheaper psu. An xfx 550w is much cheaper. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9

You can go with a cheaper motherboard. A b75 will do. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-b75mae33

If you're not rendering or editing, a 7850/7870 would be a better bang for your buck.

I'm not sure what the random read speed of that ssd is so a safer bet would be the ssdnow which has a random read/write of 85,000/60,000 iops.

Also, what's your budget?

My budget is $750.00 tops. Also thank you for all of the suggestions!

Doing any rendering/editing?

If not, here you go: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/10WP8 $745

Gpu comes with $20 rebate and psu comes with a $10 rebate.

If so, get the 660 for the cuda cores: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-n660tf2gd5oc
