1200$ Or Cheaper Build

I'm making a gaming / dev pc, I recentrly started to make basic video games but I'm probobly going to get into some more hardcore stuff. But as the title says I have choosen some parts but i really want to get the price down to some where around 950 to 1000 Usd, shipping is now problem. But I am going to play alot of games for example CS Go, BF4, BF3, Cod and more. I do watch alot of youtube videos, And I plan on getting a 144hz monitor, right now I have an 1080p philips quite a crappy monitor if I may say so myself. Nvidia or AMD it really doesn't matter, I would like the best for what I like to do, I've heard that Nvidia is less performance for the buck but I really don't know.

I nearly have the money but I have to save up a bit and I just started school soooo.....

Just because I want to build a PC and just have $700, but i will save at least $1850, to build  the PC I really want, It will take a long time but it will be worth it, but let me make you a build for that amount if you want

Get an R9 290 instead. It's so much better.

you can later add 8gb of ram, add a second GPU, and change the PSU if you want SLI, and the board will support broadwell 5th gen intel processors
