Lumia 920 usb problem

Hello guys.

 

My phone is not getting detected by any computer, whether it's running windows seven with the application, or any of the nokia apllications. Windows 8 also does not work, application or not.

I have a lumia 920 as my phone it's running wp 8.1 but that is irrelevant as this problem has existed way before that.

I've looked at some threads and they all seem to suggest that I update some portable device drivers trough device manager, but my phone is not detected at all, in any noticeable way by 3 different PCs.

 

Maybe not the best forum to ask this but I thought maybe someone will know.

and i asume you have tried a diferent cable? and if yes have you tried wiggeling the connector around in the phone

Yep. And it has had almost a year to wiggle to the right spot.

So i'm suspecting something else than the cable by now

yeah that looks like a broken port :L i think you might have to send it back
