Cooling advice for custom case

So Im modding an Xbox 360 case to fit a mini-itx with a i3 4150 and a GTX 750ti. They will pull air from directly outside the case. I was wondering if you think smaller fans exhausting air outside the case might be necessary in addition to the stock heatsinks pulling in air. Thanks for any help.
