It depends, their higher end stuff is just fine but their lower end stuff is poopy. Most stuff with at least an 80+ Bronze rating is fine, but you can usually get better units for the money.

Absolutely not.  Stay away.  Check out this PSU Review Database, select Thermaltake and check out the reviews.  None of them are good, and you can find better for the same amount of money.  Steer Clear.

They have good units, as well as bad units. They even mixed bad units in a particular series with the good ones. You may get a solid mainstream unit (SP-750M) while a lower wattage unit may not be in the same league (SP-730P - Both belong in the same Smart series). You would need to do more thorough research than just a general "yes or no".
