AMD video colour settings

Just been trying the video colour profiles on my 290 with Catalyst 14.4 and the colour profiles (standard, vivid, theatre, bright,) do nothing. Is this the same for everyone else? I've got a video open in VLC while I'm changing the settings.

When I had a 7970 I set my saturation to %107... that's about it

Oops, I may not have made that read clearly. I'm changing the profiles from standard to vivid but the video I have open doesn't change. I didn't mean that the controls themselves don't work.

Wait, seems only to work in Windows Media Player. Balls, that's a crapper.
