And with that budget you can get a liquid cooler -.-

get better HDD (7200RPM) Seagate Barracuda (way cheaper)

and why not go with fractal design full tower

You see! that's one of the problems:( I do not really know what make to go for  

 

About the case, I do not have enough space for the case so mid tower would be about perfect
