i have problems with my new computer

i dont know if this is the best place for this but i have a problem with my pc ever since i istalled windows (its a new pc by the way) i have had problems like programs crashing and  it seems that is randomly slows down and just a few minutes ago i got a bluesreen

 

i dont know what could be wrong and i need help
