Basically i got my asus gtx 780ti today and i plugged it in and not everything went smoothly at all, kept going black screen and then i had to change back to my old gpu (gtx 660) the one i just upgraded from. So i went to asus website and downloaded a cmos bios update for the GTX 780ti and i ran it and then it asked to restart the computer so it did but since then i have not been able to get back on to my computer using a graphics card i've been using onboard i7 4770k intergrated graphics. All this happened since i done the cmos bios update and ill link you to it where i downloaded it from. Im using windows 8.1 64bit

This has happened to me before. First hook up the 660 or remove the card and then hook up the monitor to ur motherboard. Then in device manager disable your intel integrated graphics. Then hook up the Ti and everything work fine.Basically what is happening is the intel graphics are overriding the video card.
