First build.

Hello everyone,

 

I want your opinion on this build that I might do. Is it good for 1080p gaming on high (50-60fps)? Is it good for editing with vegas pro 12? Will it last at least 3 years before any repairs and replacement?  will it be snappy and fast? Is it a good build in general? Is it good for school work (Word, Power point, etc.) I have a budget of 600$ what should I change?
