Chrome scaling issue?

So today after starting my computer I noticed that Chrome tabs are much larger than before, the thing on the top that contains all the tabs and the search bar etc. is larger than before. The text in the tab much smaller than the actual tab is, it's like the tabs have grown but the text size is the same. I have checked my resolution and it is still on 1080p.
