H97 Overclocking

Can H97 mobos (H97M-E or H97-PRO) provide adequate power to CPUs like 4670k or 4690k? 

Also can those mobos overclock memory? Just slight overclock (1366->1600, +1CL)

H97 doesn't. If it does it's unofficially and Intel will just patch it with a microcode like they did last time.
