I'm going to upgrade my current build with:

Intel Xeon E3-1231v3

ASUS H97M-E (I was considering the ASUS H97M-PLUS or ASRock H97M Pro4 but aren't the PCI-E 1x slots more useful than the PCI ones?)

Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4GB 1600Mhz CL9 DDR3

From the current build, I'm using:

AMD Radeon HD 7950

Cooler Master Silent Pro 520W PSU

one HDD, no optical drive

And I'd really like to put it all into the Bitfenix Colossus Micro-ATX case.

Now, what I'd like to know is, if I don't buy any additional fans and use the stock cooler for Xeon, will it all be ok or do I need to buy some additonal fans?

It's fine, your Xeon can't be OCed so stock cooler will do, but if you have spare money then use a 212 EVO

My current rig for entertainment/gaming: i5 4570 3,2GHz; MSI B85M-E45; ZOTAC GTX760 AMP!; 8GB (2x4GB) by Kingston; Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm; Corsair 200R, Corsair VS650; Dell U2312HM, Samsung DVD R/W optical drive; CM Devastator; Corsair MM400 gaming pad
