Audio suddenly stopped working?

So I woke up someday last week to find that my PC isn't outputting any audio. However. Whenever I plug in any audio jack Realtek Audio Manager would detect it just fine. If I tried to play any sound it'll show up on the mixer that something is running but I can't hear anything.

I've tried to change the headphones, re-install the audio drivers, retasking connectors from the Audio Manager, fresh install of both Win 7 and 8 even checking if onboard audio is turned in the bios.

My motherboard is an MSI 970A-G43 and I can use any help.

If fresh Windows installs didn't solve the problem, then it's a hardware issue.
