Quick noob question about RAID0

Hi

 

So I was browsing my motherboard manual, looking for instructions on how to set p RAID0. Everything is clear but one thing: strip size. What is it and how much should it be? Thanks.

I found a very interesting article about RAID Scaling Charts that compares stripe sizes and points out the difference and what's the impact on your system.
