IS this a good OC? am i doing anything wrong?

Also those gpu spikes i need help with, i discovered my gpu and cpu running at basically full load with just chrome running, been happening for about a hour.It JUST stopped, i think its a mining bug but have no clue what im doing.

It's not running at 100%, it's just peaking once in a while, maybe when you open a new tab or something when it has to refresh the whole screen

If it's like that for a split second once in a while you should be fine Your temps are still low and all that

do you have your wallpapers shuffling through e.g you have more than one wallpaper because when it changes it causes that spike and also is it stable with that overclock?
