Need Help with a build.

I'm wanting to build a PC for strictly Plex Media Sever with Roku boxes around my house. I want to build something very low power consumption that I can access over the network from my main rig so I can just transfer files directly to it and never really have to do anything with the pc itself other then having it powered on in my network closet. Any recommendations on very low power consumption parts? Price does not matter.  Thanks!
