The stock fans are very cheap and loud, trust me.

Also, unless you're going for looks over sound, don't get the SP's. Noctuas and noise blocker would work well too.

Those are the quiet editions. And noctua are so much more and they don't pre from much better.

I have 5 quiet editions and they're not quiet. I'm not sure what qualification you have to speak on this but I have had 5 noctuas but the looks drove me insane so I bought the quiets. Before, at full speed, I could not hear the noctuas at all. The quiets are very audible. Trade off for the looks though.

Akasa Apache Blacks are an excellent option, they have great static pressure and are very quiet. Other great options include Be Quiet Shadow Wings, Noiceblockers, NF-F fans, Gentle Typhoons (if you can get them) and Bitfenix Spectre Pros.

SP120s are terrible, I got them, I regret buying them so much. They look nice, but that's it

Yeah, I'm more a power user. People regard SP120s as being awesome fans because of their strike between being quiet and decent ability to push air around. But since I don't care that my fans sound as loud as jet engines, the SP120s are a terrible choice for performance compared to what else I can find.

Max out the RPMs on this: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/11111/fan-709/Akasa_120mm_x_25mm_Viper_PWM_Fan_w_Hydro_Dynamic_Bearings_AK-FN059.html and  you've got a better, cheaper fan..

Yeah I know, but those look terrible though. I'm happy with the aesthetics of the SP120s, but that's really all.

Welp, future black and yellow watercooling build is going to love em.

Just some searching will find you some more. The JetFlo 120s, although not really that SP optimized, still get a decent SP when the RPM is maxed out.
