When i turn on my PC the boot device LED on the z87-a mobo turns red and takes me directly to the bios but when i discard changes and exit, it takes me straight to windows and everything works properly. Any suggestions?

Load Mobo defaults and check again, the LED is an indicator that detects bad settings and takes you to BIOS to fix them.

I also have another question, my monitor keeps losing signal randomly and then turning back on showing the same input that I was currently on, almost like it changed input

Mind checking the connectors on the GPU and monitor itself? Make sure they are not loose or anything?

I have many times and sometime this problem never occurs, if it doesnt happen within the first 10 minutes of having the PC on it doesnt happen again untill i restart it
