Help with parts

Hey guys I'm back because choosing parts for me budget/uses is doing my head in. So I thought I would come here. I need a new pc that can run Photoshop, play Minecraft and Borderlands 2, I don't care if I have to play them on low I need need something that can run them. I am in Australia and prices are more expensive, and I'm buying my parts from PC Case Gear and I'm not a big fan of buying parts from 4 different shops, and my budget is around $550-600 (shipping is around $50-60 depending as I want to spend at least a total of $650 or lower would be great if thats possible) so any help would be mad. [i also have a monitor, OS and all that good stuff] Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, but those parts at PCCG add up to $690(without shipping) which is say over my budget. btwIm looking for parts that add up to $600,since shipping is $50 and I want to spend a total of $650 on the whole pc including shipping.
