I want opinions and I want to know if the GPU will be bottlenecked by the CPU

Well copying the OS would take a while and I don't know how... I could take out the disk drive as my dad owns a DVD drive that plugs in by USB...but it's only 14 bucks so who cares?

I don't know how he feels about USB 3 but if he doesn't care I can get an adapter and put those ports to use

well the case doesn't have usb 3 on the front I/O but it has usb 3 on the back because of the motherboard.
