I'm having some problems with my upload speed, it can be anywhere from 64kbps to 500kbps... I don't know why it's happening but it is definitely causing some issues. http://puu.sh/b2saZ/6d6d46d3e2.png any ideas on how to fix this or why it's happening? My internet should be at 5mb upload but this is not the case. My router is a d-link 825 b1 if that helps.

go rant to your ISP. then after they say that it is your fault and there "is nothing they can do," threaten to find another service.

Whenever my internet gets slow, i do that and my upload usually goes back to what is advertised.

Genius! I'll try that, just have to wait 2 hours for them to get me off hold and actually answer.

he is telling us what router he is using so it must be wireless

It doesn't have to be wireless, routers have ethernet out ports so he could just be plugging into it via ethernet.
