A Heatspreader? Yes it has one, otherwise you would see the naked PCB and memory chips. They are all very solid options. G.Skill has been in the memory business for a long time so they know what they're doing. But so do the others. Maybe one of them offers more warranty over the others or just plain looks better to you.
