need some help on dmp file

so I suffer from blue screen recently most of the time it's 0x0000f4 code http://www.speedyshare.com/KUe6h/dmp.rar there is the link to the mdp file can one of you tell me what is the problem it seems like all my driver are already up to date

if it helps here's my win32k, nvlddmkm.sys and ntoskrnl.exe, just throw it into system32 and overwrite the old ones

btw 0x0000f4 means a critical process unexpectedly stopped(in this case ntoskrnl.exe) so i'm probably an idiot assuming it's corrupt
