I'm studying in Norway and I need a new laptop to run CAD. (I need it to be portable as there is no computers at my host university that I can use, so Ill be taking it with me). My issue is that everything is more expensive here in Norway and it cheaper in places like Australia, Canada and especially America. Are there any companies/stores that can ship to me but I don't have to pay to Norwegian stores who are a little bit more expensive?

I decided that I won't buy from overseas as there is a 25% VAT tax on items I import to Norway. I'll be purchasing from here. At least I can claim warranty more easily when I buy here.
